Event print and branding work has a fixed deadline and several moving parts: artwork, quantities, venue rules and delivery. A shared checklist helps organisers review these early. For Nairobi production options, visit our event branding and printing services.

Confirm the event plan

  • Event date, venue address, access window and setup time.
  • Expected attendance and quantities for each item.
  • Venue restrictions on signage size, fixing and placement.
  • Names, roles and sizes required for badges or apparel.
  • Delivery contact, packaging and storage plan.

Choose coordinated materials

List the items that support the event: banners, backdrops, directional signs, programmes, badges, shirts or promotional materials. Keep the message hierarchy and visual identity consistent while adapting layouts to each format. Confirm that outdoor items suit the venue exposure and fixing conditions.

Approve production-ready artwork

Check sponsor names and logos, session times, venue details, URLs and contact information. Confirm dimensions and safe margins for each item. Consolidate revisions and approve a proof for every distinct format before production begins.

Schedule delivery and setup

Work back from the venue setup time and allow for proof approval, production, transport and a contingency for corrections. Label packages by location or setup area. Keep a contact available to receive the order and confirm the items on arrival. Related services include banner printing and marketing material printing.
