Print deadlines are easier to meet when the brief, artwork and approval process are ready before production is scheduled. Each product has its own lead time, and revisions or delivery arrangements can affect the plan. Contact our printing and branding team with your deadline and job details.

Stage 1: Prepare the brief

Confirm product, quantity, finished size, material, finishing, delivery location and required-in-hand date. Identify dependencies such as final attendee names, sponsor logos or management approval. If information is still pending, state when it will be available.

Stage 2: Finalise artwork

Send the correct logo and content in the requested format. Design work may be needed if files are incomplete or the layout has not been created. Consolidate feedback from stakeholders to avoid multiple revision rounds and conflicting instructions.

Stage 3: Review and approve proofs

Check every detail, including spelling, phone numbers, dimensions, colours, quantities and finishing. The production schedule should be based on an authorised approval. Changes after approval can require new artwork or affect the delivery date.

Stage 4: Production and delivery

Confirm the supplier’s estimated production window, finishing steps, packaging and collection or delivery plan. For events, allow time for transport and venue setup. Keep a small contingency for corrections where the schedule permits. Use our printing quote checklist and event checklist to gather requirements.
